Beginner and advanced level swimming lessons

Whether you're a beginner or an advanced level swimmer, we can help you. At First Swimming, we believe you're never too old to learn how to swim. Our trainers are affiliated with the ASA and can help you learn how to swim in a friendly and welcoming environment. We provide beginner and advanced training, as per your requirements. Our adult lessons and some of the children lessons are conducted at The Laboratory Spa & Health Club, Hendon. Feel free to call us today with any queries.

Our weekly lesson schedule is as follows:

At The Laboratory Spa & Health Club:
  • Adults' lessons on Mondays from 10.00 AM to 11:30 AM
  • Adults' lessons on Tuesday from 7.00 PM - 9:00 PM
  • Adults' lessons on Wednesdays from 7.30 PM to 9:00 PM
  • Adults' lessons on on Thursdays from 10:00 AM - 11.30 AM and 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM
  • Private lessons available upon request
  • Children's lessons Sunday 11.00 AM to 4.00 PM
